CompuMe.com.eg does not charge customers any extra shipping charges. All applicable charges are mentioned in the invoice. Please make sure to check the item price plus the shipping charges at the checkout page before completing your purchase. If the courier representative demands or has charged you more than the amount mentioned on your order invoice, please contact Customer Service immediately for assistance.

Your order will be delivered by the expected date specified on your order. The expected delivery date is the date on or before which you can reasonably expect the item to arrive at your preferred shipping address. You'll see an expected delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. The expected delivery date will also appear in My Orders section of your account after you've placed your order. To view the estimated delivery date for your order, do the following:

  • Log in to CompuMe.com.eg account using your registered email address and password.
  • Click on your name displayed on the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • Click on My Orders.
  • Locate your order. The screen will show you the orders placed in last 6 months by default.
  • Expected delivery date shall be displayed below the Order details tab.
Note: If your order however has not arrived on or before the expected delivery date at your preferred shipping address, please get in touch with Customer Service team for further assistance.

Tracking your shipment is very easy on CompuMe.com.eg You can use the link sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile phone number or on your registered email address to track where your order currently is. Additionally, you can also login to your CompuMe.com.eg account to track your orders as follows:

  • Log in to CompuMe.com.eg account using your registered email address and password.
  • Click on your name displayed on the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • Click on My Order from the drop down menu.
  • The screen will show you the orders placed in last 6 months by default.
  • Locate your order on the screen.
  • Click on Track Shipment against the shipment you want to know the status of.
  • The pop-up screen will show where the order currently is along with a shipment tracking number for your reference.

If you have selected the option of Self-Pick Up for your order, then once the item has reached its designated hub or location, you will receive a confirmation SMS on the number provided in the order that the item is ready to be collected. Once the item is at its designated hub or location and the SMS notification is issued, the item will be available for collection for 4 working days. If you experience any problems collecting your item from the designated hub or location, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Note: Orders for items that are not collected from the designated hub or location within 4 working days will be cancelled.

We deliver all across the country except certain areas which are considered as Out of Service areas. Our courier company delivers orders during working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday to Thursday.Shipping fees depend on the total quantity of items, weight and shipping speed selected. Therefore, there are no flat shipping charges. The best way to find out the shipping charge applicable to your order is to try placing an order. The last page of the checkout process will provide you with the exact shipping cost. An additional amount of EGP10 will be charged per shipment if you choose to pay using the Cash on Delivery payment method for your order.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Shopping Cart:
  • Select Proceed to Checkout.
  • Select or add your shipping address.
  • Select Continue.
  • Select a payment method.
Note:
  • The total shipping cost & cash on delivery fees (if applicable) will be listed under the Order Summary displayed on the right-hand side of the page.
  • For out of service areas, customers will be required to collect their orders from the nearest courier hub within the city.

To place an order:

  • Log in to your CompuMe.com.eg account using your registered email address and password. If you do not have an account yet, click here on how to register on CompuMe.com.eg.
  • Search for the product you want to purchase.
  • Check the product details, images, specifications, videos, and customer reviews. Choose the item and click on Add to Cart.
  • Review the product details and click on Proceed to Checkout.
  • Fill in your shipping address.
  • Review the address, shipping services selected and delivery period.
  • Select the payment method and complete your purchase by clicking on Place Order.
  • You will be provided with an order number along with an order tracking link for you to track your order.
